Our extension operates locally within your browser while you are logged into your authorized Shopify administrative backend.

Order & Transaction Data: The extension reads specific order details (such as Order ID, transaction amounts, shipping/billing addresses, risk analysis levels, and fulfillment statuses) strictly from the DOM of the active Shopify order page you are currently viewing.
Local Storage: We utilize browser local storage (chrome.storage.local) solely to cache your generated evidence drafts and user preferences locally on your device.

                Important: We do not collect, store, or transmit your customers' sensitive payment details (such as full credit card numbers or CVV codes). All data processing is designed to assist you in generating chargeback rebuttal letters locally.
            

2. How We Use Information

The information accessed by the extension is used exclusively for the following purpose:

To automatically format and generate standard chargeback defense rebuttal letters and evidence checklists directly inside your browser interface.
To allow you to conveniently copy or export these evidence packages for your independent dispute submissions.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your store data or customer information to any third parties. We do not operate external servers that harvest your Shopify store analytics or order history.

4. Data Security

Because the extension processes data locally within your browser environment, your sensitive store workflow data remains under your direct control. We adhere to strict Chrome Manifest V3 security standards to prevent unauthorized access.
